Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Honolulu - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Honolulu are hiring drivers with clean records. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
