Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Honolulu - first time posting

A regional carrier near Honolulu is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
