Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Honolulu - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Honolulu. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
