Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Hartford - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Hartford are hiring drivers with clean records. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
