Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Hartford - any advice?

A regional carrier near Hartford is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
