Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Hartford - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Hartford are hiring drivers with clean records. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
