Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Hartford - 5 months and counting

A regional carrier near Hartford is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
