Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Fresno - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Fresno is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
