Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Fresno - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Fresno is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been a long 20 weeks. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
