Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Fresno - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Fresno. A clean driving record is required.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
