Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Fresno - 3 months and counting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Fresno. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
