A regional carrier near Fresno is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
