Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Detroit - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Detroit. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
