Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Detroit, pharmacy technician here

Several delivery companies in Detroit are hiring drivers with clean records. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
