Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Denver - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Denver. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
