Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Denver - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Denver are hiring drivers with clean records. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
