Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Denver - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Denver. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
