Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Denver after 11 years as a graphic designer

A regional carrier near Denver is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Thank you in advance. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
