Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Dallas - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Dallas is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
