Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Dallas, production planner here

Several delivery companies in Dallas are hiring drivers with clean records. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
