Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Dallas (Dallas)

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Dallas. Any experience at all would help. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
