Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Dallas (Dallas)

A regional carrier near Dallas is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Any experience at all would help. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
