Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Columbus - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Columbus. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
