Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Columbus, warehouse supervisor here

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Columbus. It has been weighing on me all week. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
