Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Columbus - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Columbus. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
