Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Columbus - first time posting

Several delivery companies in Columbus are hiring drivers with clean records. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
