Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Cleveland - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Cleveland is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
