Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Cleveland - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Cleveland are hiring drivers with clean records. I worked as a paralegal before this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
