Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Cleveland, customer-service rep here

A regional carrier near Cleveland is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
