Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Cleveland - 4 months and counting

A regional carrier near Cleveland is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. Are the local runs really home every night?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
