Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Cincinnati - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Cincinnati. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
