Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Cincinnati - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Cincinnati. Thank you in advance. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
