Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Cincinnati - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Cincinnati. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
