Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Chicago after 13 years as a line cook

A regional carrier near Chicago is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
