Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Charlotte - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Charlotte is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Thank you in advance. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
