Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Charlotte

A regional carrier near Charlotte is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?
