Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Charlotte - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Charlotte are hiring drivers with clean records. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
