Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Charlotte

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Charlotte. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
