Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Buffalo - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Buffalo are hiring drivers with clean records. I worked as a bank teller before this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
