Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Buffalo - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Buffalo. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
