Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Boston, medical assistant here

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Boston. It has been weighing on me all week. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
