Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Boston - 10 weeks in

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Boston. Any experience at all would help. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
