Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Boise, mechanic here

A regional carrier near Boise is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
