Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Boise

A regional carrier near Boise is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
