Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Boise - 14 months and counting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Boise. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
