Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Birmingham (update)

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Birmingham. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
