A regional carrier near Birmingham is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
