Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Birmingham - any advice?

A regional carrier near Birmingham is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
