A regional carrier near Birmingham is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
