Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Baltimore - first time posting

A regional carrier near Baltimore is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?
